At PickleRoll, we make it simple to bring your court to life — from your first conversation with our team to the day you’re playing on your new surface. Here’s what to expect every step of the way.
1. Consultation & Custom Solution
We start by learning exactly what you need. Our team will ask a few open-ended questions about your space, intended use, and design preferences.
- We’ll recommend the best PickleRoll products and accessories for your goals.
- You’ll receive a clear, tailored proposal outlining your options.
- We’ll address any questions or concerns before moving forward.

2. Finalizing Your Order
Once you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll finalize the details:
- Signed Proposal — Confirms your court size, colors, and layout.
- Work Order — Our manufacturing team uses this to build your court. If you’ve requested a custom size, stencil, or unique design, we'll provide diagrams for your review and approval.
- Installation Work Order (if applicable) — Includes the date and time of installation, surface photos, and access details so our team arrives fully prepared.
3. Deposit & Order Confirmation
- You’ll receive an invoice for your deposit, due within 5 business days.
- Your deposit secures your spot in our production schedule.
- If you request changes after signing, we’ll create an addendum so everything is documented.
4. Manufacturing & Scheduling
- Once your deposit is received, we order all court materials, accessories, and stencils.
- 14 days before manufacturing, you’ll receive your final invoice, due 5 days before shipping.
- We’ll confirm your manufacturing and (if needed) installation dates.
5. Shipping & Installation
- After your final payment is received, we ship your court directly to you.
- If you’ve chosen our installation services, our experienced team will install and prepare your court for play according to your approved layout.
6. Follow-Up & Support
We’re here for you long after your court is delivered.
