    All PickleRoll courts include a manufacturer warranty provided directly by PickleRoll.

  • Manufacturing Coverage

    New PickleRoll courts include a 3-year manufacturer warranty. Demo courts include a 1-year warranty.

  • Warranty Start Date

    Coverage begins on the date the court is received based on delivery records.

  • Installation Coverage

    Installation is covered for 3 years when completed by a PickleRoll Certified Installer.

What the Warranty Covers

The PickleRoll warranty covers defects in materials or manufacturing workmanship that occur during normal use within the warranty period.

Warranty coverage begins once the PickleRoll product has been paid in full. If installation services were purchased through PickleRoll, installation coverage begins once installation has also been paid in full.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the PickleRoll product and is not transferable.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Shipping damage
  • Improper storage
  • Improper installation
  • Unstable or unsuitable sub-surfaces
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Failure to properly maintain the court

Courtesy installations, no-charge repairs, or goodwill services are not covered under warranty.

Inspection After Delivery

When your PickleRoll court arrives, please unpack and inspect all components as soon as possible. Check the shipment for any damage, missing items, color inconsistencies, or other issues.

If shipping damage is discovered, it must be reported to PickleRoll within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims reported after this timeframe may not qualify for return or exchange. Damage that is not reported within 14 days of receipt may not be covered under warranty.

Installation Warranty

PickleRoll provides warranty coverage on labor and materials for three years from the installation date when installation is completed by a PickleRoll Certified Installer and purchased as a paid service through PickleRoll.

Installation-related warranty coverage applies only when installation is performed by a PickleRoll Certified Installer and installation services were purchased through PickleRoll.
