From Everyday Life to Elite Competition

In 2020, Allyce Jones was balancing it all—wife, mother of three, high school teacher, coach, and business owner. When the pandemic hit, her routine changed overnight as she shifted to teaching online while managing family life at home.

Looking for an outlet, her mom suggested trying pickleball at the high school gym. What started as a simple way to stay active quickly became something more. Allyce began playing daily with her family and fellow teachers, and her competitive edge quickly showed.

She entered local tournaments with her mom and brother, consistently finding herself on the podium. It became clear she had something special.

After a lesson with local pro Callie Jo Smith, Allyce gained the confidence to pursue the sport at a higher level. From there, she committed fully—training early mornings, teaching during the day, and returning to the court in the evenings.

In April 2021, she made her professional debut. By 2022, she signed with the PPA Tour and was drafted into Major League Pickleball.

Today, Allyce is competing at the highest level, continuing a journey that started with a simple game in a high school gym.

What It Takes

Allyce trains daily—balancing early mornings, long days, and time with her family—all while competing at the highest level.

Her routine starts before sunrise and often continues long after the day ends. Between training sessions, she’s still showing up for her family and responsibilities off the court—making every hour count.

That same commitment to performance is why she plays on PickleRoll.
